This refund policy is provided for general guidance only and forms part of the Terms & Conditions of Heatwave Sauna & Events. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Heatwave Sauna & Events does not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or misrepresentation.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment and within a reasonable timeframe following approval. Any discretionary refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Heatwave Sauna & Events and do not set a precedent for future bookings.

Refund Policy - the basics
This refund policy applies to all bookings made with Heatwave Sauna & Events and should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Private Hire Conditions.
A 30% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your chosen hire dates and prevent those dates from being rebooked.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to delivery. Bookings made within 7 days of the hire date require full payment at the time of booking.
If a booking is cancelled more than 7 days before the hire date, any balance paid will be refunded. Cancellations made within 7 days of the hire date are non-refundable.
In the event that Heatwave Sauna & Events is required to cancel a booking due to unsafe conditions, access issues, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.
A £200 refundable damage deposit is taken with the final balance and will be returned within 48–72 hours following collection, subject to inspection and provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required.
Refunds, where applicable, will be issued using the original payment method and processed within a reasonable timeframe.
