Heatwave Hire Conditions
All hire bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are based on the agreed hire period only. Delivery and collection times will be arranged in advance. Customers must ensure clear, safe access for delivery and collection. Delays caused by restricted access or absence may result in additional charges. All equipment must be used responsibly and strictly for its intended purpose. Any instructions provided must be followed at all times. Heatwave Events accepts no liability for injury or damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to comply with guidance. Where electrical equipment is supplied, it must be connected to a suitable and safe power supply. Outdoor electrical items must be adequately protected from weather conditions throughout the hire period. The customer is responsible for all hired equipment from delivery until collection. Any loss, theft, damage (excluding fair wear and tear), or excessive cleaning required will be charged accordingly. Hire charges remain payable regardless of weather conditions. Customers are responsible for protecting equipment in adverse weather. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges may apply depending on notice given. Refunds may not be available once equipment has been prepared or dispatched. All equipment remains the property of Heatwave Events and must not be sub-hired, modified, or relocated without prior consent.
