Immerse yourself in the warmth of our mobile wood-fired sauna, perfect for events and gatherings. Enjoy the therapeutic benefits of a traditional sauna in the comfort of your chosen location. The HeatWave Sauna is a wood fired custom built trailer sauna, which can be transported to your home for private use (subject to accessibility of trailer and tow vehicle). The Sauna seats 4 people comfortably but can take up to 6 people. The external dimensions of the trailer once set up are 6m long x 1.8m wide and 3m high including the chimney flue. Please ensure that the sauna will fit the location, if unsure contact us for assistance. Private hire of the sauna is available 7 days a week, the sauna can be hired from 6 hours up to 7days, we also offer staffing options if you require for your event. Private Sauna hire includes: 1 bag of kiln dried logs 1 bag of kindling and fire lighters Ladle and bucket Operational instructions. We also offer a range of extras including cold plunge, Sauna oils and much more, checking out the listings on our home page. The Sauna will be collected from the drop off location at a pre-agreed time, please ensure all personal items are removed and the tow hitch is accessible by our vehicle. By Hiring the sauna you agree to: * A £200 refundable deposit is payable when hiring the sauna unstaffed for up to 7 days. * The person making the booking is aged over 25 and will be responsible for the safe operation of the sauna during the hire period. * The booker will be held liable for any damage incurred over and above the value of the £200 deposit. *You will be given both written and verbal instructions on the safe use of the Sauna and must be available at the agreed drop off time to receive them. * No more than 6 people in the sauna at any one time. * all footwear removed upon entering the sauna. * All users should use a towel to sit on. * If anything is not working during hire, contact us immediately and do not attempt to fix yourself. * The sauna should only be cleaned with the supplied cleaning solutions in between uses. * The sauna must be locked between uses. * The sauna should not be moved from the set up location without prior arrangement. * The Sauna stones and stove can get extremely hot and should never be touched. Heatwave Hire Conditions
These conditions apply to all private hire bookings with Heatwave Sauna & Events. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to the following. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking date. The remaining balance and a £200 refundable damage deposit are due 7 days before delivery. Bookings made within 7 days require full payment at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the hire date may receive a refund of any balance paid. Cancellations within 7 days of hire are non-refundable. Heatwave Sauna & Events reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unsafe conditions, access issues, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. The client is responsible for providing safe, level ground and clear access for delivery and collection. Any permissions, permits, or parking fees are the client’s responsibility. Travel is included within 15 miles of our base; additional mileage may be charged beyond this distance. Sauna use involves exposure to high temperatures and carries inherent risks. All use is at the user’s own risk. The client is responsible for supervising all users and ensuring all safety guidance is followed. Sauna use is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have medical conditions affected by heat, or feel unwell. The client is responsible for any damage beyond fair wear and tear. Excessive cleaning or repairs may be charged. The damage deposit will be returned within 48–72 hours following collection, subject to inspection. Heatwave Sauna & Events is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. The sauna must be used considerately and in line with local rules and noise restrictions. Heatwave Sauna & Events accepts no liability for injury, illness, or loss arising from sauna use, except where caused by proven negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded. By proceeding with a booking and making payment, the client confirms acceptance of these conditions, the Terms & Conditions, and the Sauna Safety Rules.
